Return Policy

Return and Refund Policy:

At Double L Pottery, each piece is handmade with care, and we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. 

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
  
• It must be securely packaged in the original packaging to ensure safe transit back to us
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Once your return is received and inspected, you may elect to receive either a store credit or a refund for the purchase price of the item(s). 

Certain items cannot be returned:

• Items damaged due to improper repackaging by the customer
• Custom or commissioned pieces
• Final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will make it right at no cost to you. Please email photos of product(s). 

How to Start a Return:

Email us at leen@llpotteryshop.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We will provide next steps and the return address.
